GMCE has laboratories that are well equipped with facilities of all practicals related to academics. The campus of our college is so huge with clean & green environment. The campus has facilities for all outdoor sports such as football, volleyball, cricket, badminton and much more. Gym facility is also available to all students on campus. Overall the life is fun here.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course consist of 5 years and 6 months including one year of rotational internship at hospitals, health centres and health camps organised by NGOs. Course includes knowledge and learning on anatomy, pharmacology as well as community health & medicine. This course also includes lots of practical on cadaver (dead body). This course demands lot of passion, hardwork & patience in students.
Placement Experience
We are doctors and its not a job. So in medical profession we don't get any placement by college or university. But mostly everyone earns a handsome amount after the completion of course. Well now I am curing patient as a general physician and with this I am also preparing for NEET PG exam for further education. Some of my batchmates moved abroad for higher studies and some are earning as a pediatrician, medical assistant etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for our course is 1,12,500.00 which is not too much expensive if you compare this from other medical colleges. Students can pay their fees in installments by NEFT or through online banking.
Campus Life
There are many extracurricular activities organized by our college includes sports activities, cultural activities, social activities and so more. There are many societies and clubs formed by our college to handle various activities and events organised in our college. These all activities & events help us in improving our basic skills and confidence.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is available for all students within the campus. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls having spacious rooms with sharing 3, double beds. Mess, common room, T.V rooms, good water, sanitary accomodation, air-conditioned visitor rooms these all facilities are provided by institute for hostellers.
Admission
I choose this course over other courses because I always want to become a succesful surgeon and I desperately want the prefix dr. before my name.I got selected for MBBS degree by qualifying NEET UG Entrance Exam followed by counselling.
Faculty
The faculties are so skilled, hardworking and passionate for medical field. Some teachers are so good as they taught bone and muscle names by simple tricks. While some faculties are strict too. Overall the faculties are punctual and always ready to help students in academics.
