Currently I am pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in English. This course has duration of 3 years which consist of 18 types of specialization course in it. These 18 courses are well managed by our college department. So the students did not feel burden of studies. Also, both internal and external examinations are conducted in an organised manner.

Placement Experience

Our college is having around 70 to 80 percent of placement rate and it work as a motivation for all the students. Our alumni get great packages from the top list companies of India last year and we are expecting the same for us at the time of our placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Sarah Tucker College is having very low fees in comparison with other colleges in Tamil Nadu. At the time of admission I did not pay any application fee because I belong to schedule caste.Also, in our college there are no application charges for SC/ST Women.

Campus Life

Our college celebrates all the famous festivals of India and our state festivals with full enthusiasm. Our college also celebrate its annual day, inter college fest?s and perform its best by achieving victory in sports, dance and other extracurricular activities

Alumni/Alumna

I am still in contact with my alumni?s who passed the college last year. They all are so helpful to us in studies and guiding us if we need any help from them. Even some of our alumni are teaching in this college because of their great academics record.

Admission

After my 10+2, I applied for my BA online in Sarah Tucker College through college website by filling application form. An eligibility criterion of my course was on the merit basis and an interview was held at the time of admission and it was too easy.

Teachers of our college are so helpful and guiding and I haven't faced any problem in my academics till today. They have a lot of experience in training there students well. Not only the teachers of our college are helpful, the entire staff is good.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
