Course Curriculum Overview

4

Any course you opt for, it is going to be tough. The syllabus is updated and covers almost all the key areas that an MBBS doctor should know. The exams are held regularly and has both theory and practical papers. The theory papers are tough and lengthy.

Placement Experience

4

After completion of your course, you can expect a handsome salary anywhere you go. The job opportunities are high and for some departments, companies do come in our college for campus recruitment. You also get to do an internship, which is a part of your course.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is quite feasible for any middle-class family. It is not that expensive if you compare with other private medical colleges in India. For a 5-year MBBS course, the fee would somewhere sum up to Rs. 10-11 lac (Approximately). And for other courses, the fee ranges from Rs. 1 lac to 3 lacs (max).

Campus Life

4

The campus and the campus life are great. You will get all the basic facilities and amenities inside the campus. If you have interest in sports, art, or any other thing, you can easily pursue that too. Various events are organized where hundreds of students from different colleges come and participate to compete. There is no discrimination between boys and girls here.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel rooms are clean and tidy. They are maintained well, along with the washrooms. The rooms are of double occupancy and air conditioned. If you opt for mess, the charges are separate. The food is average.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors can be your best guide if you can establish that bond with them. They are very helpful whenever you are in need. You can get a lot of values from them. You can find many alumni in contacts and they stay well-connected.

Admission

If you have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 and have secured an acceptable rank in NEET UG then you can expect to be called for counselling. Although, the counselling will be based on merit.

Faculty

4

The faculty is good and helpful. They have many years of experience and hold higher educational degrees. A majority of them are doctors or working medical staffs. So, you can gain a lot from their experience and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
