Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of MBBS students is broad and long. There are in total 19 subjects, and topics to cover from. The college does not provide much research- based learning. The exams are taken at regular intervals. We have to work hard in orals, and practical exams as well.
Placement Experience
MBBS students mostly start studying for PG level courses and others who want to start working can be placed in the hospital and health care centre as physicians, consultants, a medical assistant in critical care units etc. The students can also work in the college hospital.
College Events
The university conducts 5/7 fest every year. The college also has many clubs which hold activities every few weeks. The activities also include social welfare and awareness campaigns. The campus crowd is diverse and you can never shortfall of anything.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is in the government sector so the fees for MBBS is ?87,450. It is affordable compared to the other private medical colleges. The fees can be paid both online and offline. The college also provides its support to low-income students with scholarships and loan.
Campus Life
The university has a separate building for all the activities. A separate sports ground, a massive library, reading room, auditorium, grocery shop, canteen, ATMs, Laundry shop etc. The infrastructure is great. The campus also has a separate medical store.
Admission
MBBS is offered for 4 years and a half year for the internship program. You must also clear the NEET (UG) examination in order to get selected. With that, you need a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognised institution in each subject- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
Faculty
The teachers are well qualified for their jobs and have the eagerness to teach. The quality of teaching is high. The teaching methods vary with theory and practical. The teachers demonstrate to students with patients which makes it easy.
