Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was approved by the Medical Council of India and we had access to all the course material and labs whenever we wanted to. The exam days used to leave us tiring as the syllabus used to be so vast.
Placement Experience
There are no job opportunity as such in the college. However, the college has a couple of tie ups with other colleges in which they recommend us for our compulsory internship at the end of the course.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee was nothing as compared to top private university across India. I had to pay only about 12,000 per year exclusive of exam and annual charges. The fact that it is one of the top colleges of the state, the fee is quite low.
Campus Life
The labs work used to be pretty hectic but the whole experience was worth it. We had hostel facilities, a large cafeteria that served delicious food within the budget. The Annual Cultural fest was so great as well.
Admission
I always wanted to get into Government college for MBBS since I could not afford the private college. The admission process was quite simple with filling up the admission form and release of the merit list. Accordingly the counseling process for the selected candidates took place, me being one of them.
Faculty
The faculty was so nice and supportive, they knew how much portion was to be covered in the class so as to not overwhelm the students. They all were highly qualified with so many years of clinical as well as teaching experience.
