Remarks

College needs to work on infrastructure which can be better than already present. Overall experience has been a great one. I thank everyone affiliated to MRIMS to make my dream come true. One shouldn?t not miss the opportunity if he/she gets admission in MRIMS.

Course Curriculum Overview

The medical college has adopted the course curriculum prescribed by Medical Council of India. The course completes in 5 and a half years. Institute conducts term exams every 6 months and an annual exam except for the 2nd year which lasts for 1 and half year.

Placement Experience

After completing Mbbs, whoever wants to work as Junior Resident gets easily placed in good hospitals with handsome amount of salary.During internship college pays stipend on time and is manageable. One can also work as intern in other hospitals without any difficulties.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure varies for general quota seats and management quota seats.Total fee is around 13 lac annually for general students and around 25 lacs for management students. If we compare the same with the rest of country, it is not expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarships from Govt. like Merit cum means are there which one can get after applying. Some of my friends were availing scholarships and some were studying on availing loan.I was not on scholarship or loan but the options are available in our college.

Campus Life

If One wishes he/she can take part in many extra curricular activities. Labs are well equipped with modern set up. Cricket is my passion and i never missed that in college. College organises events which are thrilling in every possible way.

Hostel Facilities

I am living in hostel and i enjoy staying there. As per the hostel fee is considered, it is around 1 lac annually and I think worthy enough. Hostel offers a good menu with good cooks which makes one feel at home. Hostels are clean with ample amount of space.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are helpful in nature in every possible way. No ragging at all in the college. Seniors call us as brothers and play with us without any discrimination. I know some of pass out students of college who are working now in top hospitals and some are pursuing masters. Seeing their success makes me feel easy about my decision to select MRIMS.

Admission

Mbbs was my dream and MRIMS made it a reality. I got admission on the basis of NEET Score. First of all I applied online on the official website of College and after that i was called for counselling.I went for the counselling and luckily i got a seat. It took a day to complete the admission formalities. Admission process was very easy, i admit.

Faculty

College has recruited top faculty having great understanding and experience of medical sciences. Most of them are friendly and helpful in nature.Mohan sir is best teacher i have ever known in my life. Some teachers are tough but their behaviour is necessary to make us strong and face the tough job ahead.

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

The College placements will be available eligible for the students of 4th-year 1st semester there is a number of companies visited almost 100 companies like TCS Infosys for exam and there is a highest package of 40 lacks per annum and average package 6 lakhs per annum and there is a placement of about 98 percentage and my plan is after getting the degree is to get a job in a multinational company

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester, you are well eligible for placements. Various company's and firms get into some famous like Amarchand and so on. As an intern, you are not getting that big salary offers but you get a good and sustainable amount of money for work. I think the highest package was offered as 18lac per annum and the majority stick to 13 14 lakhs. 100% of students get placements if they have performed well in every semester. I've decided to work one year as a clerk with a judge and then on to do my master's in law from abroad.

MRIMS, one of the best Underrated Deemed medical college.

I wanted to take admission in Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical Science, but the unfortunate thing was in 2024 they increased their tution fees exorbitantly leading to me looking for alternatives and MRIMS turned out to be a good alternative. Through the only shortcoming of the hospitals affiliated to this medical college is that some patients don't speak Hindi or English, which causes a lot of problem in patient interaction, but this is just a minor hiccup. The admission in MRIMS was via MCC counseling only as its a deemed to be university. The eligibility is the student should've scored more than 50 percentile in NEET UG, the cutoff for 2024 admissions was 381 marks in 2nd MCC round, the overall admission process was smooth and transparent with no shady practices involved....Read More

This is the only college I applied for. And I got the admission, we looked at other colleges as well, like Apollo, mamatha, and prathima. But we decided this was the best out all the others, the overall infrastructure, the faculty, accessibility freedom, hostel, etc were definitely better than the rest of the colleges. Like I said, I did not apply to any other colleges. When I joined it was not deemed, so you had to pay your fees depending on the marks you got in neet, NEET is the only exam to get into the college, right now there are no cutoffs to get into the college, the only requirement is to qualify neet, the admission process is relatively easy as well, just get all your certificates in order and you should be fine...Read More
