B-Tech course in NIT

My course is a 4 years engineering course. Students can pursue their future in the field of formulating and testing, multi-media equipment and product development. The course covers topics like Computers and Information Technology, Semiconductor Devices and Circuits, Data Processing and File Organization, Operating Systems and Data Communications.

My college has a Placement and training cell to provide opportunities to the students. Companies like L&T Infotech, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, L&T Ecc, Musigma, Huwaei, Kec International, Carbon Software Solution & AAA, Amdocs, Mphasis, HCL TSS, Power Grid Co.Pvt.Ltd and many more. The highest package provided to a student is 11.00 LPA and Average Package is 5.5 LPA.

The fees structure of my course is like this for Admission fees- INR 62500, Institution Development fees INR 5000, Students activity fee INR 1000, Medical Insurance & OPD facility fees (per annum) INR 1200, Caution money (Refundable) INR 5000, Grade Card fee INR 500. The fees are quite affordable.

The college has two sections of the central library in the campus to provide wellness education and knowledge. The college has very well upgraded and equipped Computer Laboratory with the latest equipment for the students. The computer lab also provides high-speed internet and photocopy facility for the convenient. The workshops are the attracting point of the college because of modern technology. Wifi facility is available for both students and faculty member so that they won't face any issue while connecting with their family and at study time.

The admission procedure for the course in this college is to clear the entrance exam of NEET. Any candidate who has completed his 10+2 from a recognized board in science stream can apply for the entrance exam and after getting a good rank he can apply for the admission.

My course has very experienced and educated faculty members such as Prof. Khumanthem Manglem Singh, Dr Khelchandra Thongam, Dr Khundrakpam Johnson Singh, Ms Chingakham Neeta Devi and Dr Yambem Jina Chanu. They are very supportive and provides support as much as they can.
