Proud to be a part of this Institution

I had some insight about the college as my brother was a student of EXTC Branch here. He told me about the pleasant environment, supporting faculty, placement support and the awesome fests he was a part of during his student tenure. And all this was proven right when I came here and started my Engineering Journey. One of the major reasons I opted for this college was that 5-10 min walk from Thane Station, because my 11th-12th had been completed wasted in travelling. The Admission Process was by merit and was made as simple as possible, with appropriate guidelines from the office and the mentoring staff present during admissions.

The Main reason for choosing this course was that passion for diving deep into the technologies that make our life easier; and computer science was the best way for me to achieve it.Even though the subjects in FE are a bit different from what we will be applying as Engineers, our faculty explained us about how all of it would be helpful not only as engineers but also human beings.The Faculty is well qualified as well as very helpful. Helped everyone with all the doubts, queries.Not only that, they encouraged us to take part in extra-curricular activities from the First Year itself so that we can develop the important skills along the journey. One such competition was Sharpen the edge, for presenting our ideas, thoughts about various fields of science. We were also given an opportunity to organize an event in the first year, called Scienza- quiz and other competitions on occasion of Science Day. I was a part of Reflexionz- the cultural fest of KC. It was a great experience overall!

I had been a part of Python Training and Internship at Dezignolics Pvt. Ltd. , which was provided by our college. Other opportunities I got were digital marketing internship at Grow9Digital, data-science Internship at yantrabyte and software developer internship at Infoz solutions. I really had a great time learning and working on some interesting projects!

I am in third year now so haven't been a part of the placement program yet. But I do know about the placement activities, and our training and placement cell is really supportive and helpful in all the terms. I really like how they always try to bring great internship and placement opportunities for students. Some tech-giants like Infosys, TCS, LTI visit our college for campus recruitment.

The Fees during my admission was Rs.1,30,000. For me it was affordable as it was near to the Railway station and it was a good thing in comparison to many other colleges charging more than this. And, after joining here, I feel it is absolutely fine and I am enjoying the studies along with personality development, which is really important.

Reflexionz- the annual cultural fest of the college is one of the finest events I have ever been a part of..along with ultimate Dance and Fashion Show Nights, the events throughout the day make it better. The EDM night is the best part. It is mostly conducted between January and March. Detroix is the technical fest of our college. I am not much into sports, but there is a good amount of sport activities in our college, along with the sports event named Xavion. Our library is like a dense forest of knowledge, you can find latest editions for various books-also from the renowned authors. The classroom always gives a positive feeling, great ventilation and one can study easily from any corner. The projector facility helps in an interactive learning session.
