Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum at the college was discreet. It had subjects and studies in detail for the student's understanding. The course started by providing the basics of education for commerce studies. The final exam was twice a year while there were some regular tests every alternative day.
Placement Experience
The college was preparing to provide maximum students placement and jobs so they made a separate department to train students before appearing in the placement interviews. Some companies came to hire students at the college and selected a few students with average pay at first.
College Events
Every year the college organizes youth festivals, freshers party, and project fair. The students majorly participate to show their work and some performances pf dance and music. Also, there are solo and group singing performances at the auditorium.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The student pays 3040 as their course fees. The fees are somewhat different for other courses but mostly it is feasible for all the students at the college. The admission committee has also given the option to pay the fees in parts.
Campus Life
The college takes part in the youth fest organized by a bunch of colleges at the university campus. At certain times, the youth fest was organized in our college also. Apart from it, there are celebrations for national days and festivals, several management seminars and workshops after the final exams get over.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good at the college and as it is on campus, the students living at the hostel have many conveniences. The hostel fees are appropriate as the mess provides good food two times a day and also a warm breakfast.
Admission
I got admission in Gargaon College on a merit basis. My scores were on an average level so I applied for Bachelor of Commerce. The admission process was online and offline. I visited the nearest center and applied through it by providing all the academic documents and filling the application on the college's online portal.
Faculty
The Gargaon college had several faculties with a combination of new joiners and the experienced one. But, all the faculties were capable of delivering the appropriate and detailed content on every topic. They motivated students to do smart work and understand the basic concepts.
