My College Review

My college according to me is one of the best in Bihar state . However it lacks a bit in placements but the situation is improving . The social life which he college offers is really impressive. The fees is really feasible and the college faculty is really skilled . The college offers really a healthy environment for learning .

The courses offered by the college are of new standards which coordinates with IITs and NITs . The exams are held frequently and the college mainly focuses on the practical knowledge for which labs are arranged and well equipped . The exam pattern of our college is considered to be one of the toughest of all. A number of exams are conducted so that a student can increase his performance and abilities.

The placement offered in the college is very decent. Every year companies like HCL , ERICSSON , INFOSYS , SLK , TATA , INTEL , INTERNSHALA , etc. come to our college . SInce our college is mentored by Indian Institute of Technology , Bombay so every student in 3rd and 4th year is given a chance to do internship from IIT Bombay .

The college offers a number of events starting from the welcome party and fresher party . Maa Saraswati Poojanotsava is one of the events of the college . PRARAMBHA (Prarambh NCE) is the major cultural event of the college . ATISA , a techno cultural fest is also organised in the college every year . Various alumni meets are organised in the college .CHIRAG (a social activity society) is a non profit organisation of the college which works on educating poor children . The fests organised in the college are really lucrative and attracts ample of audience from near by colleges .

The college fees is really feasible and one can easily afford this. The fees offered by he college is around 25,000 per year . The hostel is completely free but if you wish to pay for food then it will cost around 50,000 per year. Being a government college various facilities are provided to the students and a middle class family can easily afford this.

Yes the college offer loan to the students who are financially weak . The state government of BIhar provides a scholarship of around 10,000 - 15,000 . As of now I have this much idea about loan and scholarship offered in my college.

The college offers really cool environment for every students . We have different clubs like debate club , poetry club , photography club , singing club in which every student take active participation . The college offers workshops on different topics like ethical hacking , app development , robotics , Internet of Things on regular basis . We have a good background of sports and every year an annual sports fest is organized. The girl to boy ratio is very low as it is obvious in engineering colleges but the situation improving now.

There are two hostels for the students which includes a newly built hostel for girls . All the rooms are well equipped with all basic technologies . A common hall is also present in the hostel where we watch television , IPL and movies . The hostel provides single seated and multi seated rooms to the students. PG services are available around the college which generally costs around 7,000 - 10,000 Rupees per month .

Yes we do have a alumni network of the college . We have really nice and helpful senior and we have a separate alumni event for the college in which we use to get an opportunity to interact with our seniors . In the time of placements and internships the senior really guide well to achieve our goals. We do have a dedicated LinkedIn network for our alumni.

I took admission to this college by qualifying an entrance exam conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination [BCECE] . The exam was conducted in two stages. This was done earlier up till 2018 but from 2019 onwards admissions are being taken by NTA JEE Main examination .

The faculty of the college is very skilled and helpful . Most of the teacher are highly qualified from premiere institutes . The faculty is basically appointed by BPSC exam so it is of high probability that the teacher is well educated and skilled .
