Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of B.Tech is similar to all other college. It includes 8 semesters which comprises of internal, external examination. Seminars and projects are even included. Post graduate courses are of 2 years.

Placement Experience

The placements in our college is really great and improving day by day. There is a separate team for monitoring placements known as training and placement cell.Every year they try their best to invite most of the top companies in our college for placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible according to me. The fee structure for all the course in this college is approximately 12 -13 lac for the entire course. Students can pay their fees in instalments for per year.

Campus Life

The extra curricular activities in this college are really great. There are labs for each and every practical subject where students can work on their projects if needed.There are various stalls for games, food, technical quizzes, etc.

Admission

Admissions are based on CET exams which are conducted every year by the state. Student needs to qualify this exam for getting eligible for admission in this college. MBA seats are allotted through GD and interview process.

The faculty is really great and helpful. The entire staff is dedicated towards their work. Students ca take help of their teachers in case of any projects and seminars. The entire staff comprises deep understanding of concepts.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

You need to have secured 60% or 6/10 CGPA in the undergraduate programme from a recognized university.The percentage criteria for SC/ST students is 5.5/10 or 50%. In order to seek admission in my course you need to clear Common Entrance Test as conducted by KEA. The age limit of the candidate should not exceed beyond 17 years. There is also a 5% relaxation given to SC/ST candidate.Other than that you need to secure 50% marks in PCB in class 12th from a recognized board.English is also a compulsory subject.You can apply online for this course.
