Remarks
The college gave me the best education with the best facilities. The teaching staff was noble and helpful who guided me to become a good teacher today. The environment at the college was ragging free and polite, all were helpful and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is divided into 4 semesters and comprises of 2 years. The college has a relaxing and stress free curriculum with flexibility in schedules and routines. We had 4-5 subjects each semester and were given communication language as our non credit course. The examinations were conducted at the end of year wherein regular tests as internals were taken semester wise. Simulation Teaching sessions were conducted to polish or practical skills.
Placement Experience
The college used to arrange placements at the end of second year, various institutes and schools used to come and interviewed us. The selection was on merit basis and the academic performances, recommendations were acknowledged given by the faculty. The packages ran between INR 4 lakhs to INR 6 lakhs per annum. Many teachers recommended to study further for M.ed.
College Events
Their were various events celebrated at our college including festivals, cultural events, ceremonies, sports day and annual days. All the students used to take part along with the staff and celebrated the diversity. The ceremonies like farewell were hosted by the juniors and the freshers with seniors.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is submitted annually and taken at the start of the semester. The only mode to submit the fees is through offline mode that is demand draft. Total course fees is around INR 20,000 including the tuition fees. This does not include hostel fees.
Campus Life
The campus was beautifully constructed with the best infrastructure. It had big playgrounds, multipurpose halls, auditoriums, yoga centers, gym etc which were spacious and had all the basic facilities. The labs and libraries were fully equipped with up-to-date requirements. The diversity of the college was huge and we used to interact with everyone, making it a friendly environment.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels were constructed on a separate block and had all the basis facilities like cleaned washrooms, Hygienic environment, rooms equipped with a bed, study table, AC/Cooler, cupboard. The infrastructure was nice with beautiful gardens and playgrounds. The mess and canteen had delicious and healthy food. Overall the hostel environment was safe and secure.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni meet used to happen ever year and our ex-seniors used to address us about their experiences and exposures in their respective fields. They used to guide us and tell us about various opportunities and scope after the graduation. They were all helpful and polite.
Admission
I applied to the B.Ed course in this college via online application mode at INR 500 and submitted the required documents with the full admission details. I was called in the campus after the confirmation of the application and was interviewed, after clearing the interview i submitted the first year fees as the confirmation of the admission.
Faculty
The faculty at the college was helpful and polite, they used to solve all our doubts and queries. All were well known scholars and professionals in their respective fields with good knowledge and background. They all were fluent in English which led to no communication gap.
