Course Curriculum Overview

This is very good and popular University, the course curriculum of this University is very well organised. Also this University paying special attention in upgrading and structuring the curriculum. This University is very punctual on taking exam and publishing result.

Placement Experience

College have very good placement. Many of my seniors students got placed in large company with good salary and some are went to researched filed. Currently I am doing P.hd after completing M.SC also I am preparing to NET exam so I have not joined job in Private company.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For my course M.SC fee I have paid to college just twenty four thousand for one year which was feasible. After giving annual fee college don't ask any fee except examination fee. Compare to any other college this college is taking less fees.

Campus Life

They provide many sport in our college to make student more sport friendly with there skill and loved the labs of the college which make our study easily and also help us to get good marks for the job.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior student are always ready to help us in study and sport also and always provide support and encourage us to study hard for better job and good future for us and also they are good with other all students.

Admission

For taking admission to this University first students have to fill application form. Admission to M.SC course is based on the both Merit and Entrance Exam conducted by the University. The minimum eligibility required for admission is a Bachelor? Degree in Science or Agriculture or Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 50% marks secured.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
