Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum provided by our college is very well organised. It includes the practical training as well as the theory. The students are given real-life trainings and interactions with many chefs and other professionals.

Placements provided by our college are at very well marketed places Alps with good stipend and job security. Some examples of recruitments are The Fern, ITC Off Campus, KFC, Grand Hyatt, The Oberoi, Goa Marriott Resorts, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The admission fee of our college is Rs.1,130. The enrollment fee is Rs.900. These are the fee for Diploma in Food Production: tuition fee is Rs.39,700 per annum (the course is for 2 years); lab fee is Rs.5,025 per annum; refundable caution fee Rs.2,500 from the first year and some other fees.
Campus Life
Our college organises various programmes, events and competitions for the students to participate in. Chef competitions, cooking events, sports and games, picnics, food and drink festivals, Olympiads, etc are organised. The campus is great. Campus is embedded with all the modern technology and proper equipments.
Admission
The admission process of our college includes firstly applying for the desired course and secondly to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam which is conducted by the NCHMCT Committee . The students are selected completely on merit basis.
Faculty
Our faculty department has a lot of professional trainers and chefs who are well-qualified and have great experience in their specific fields. The professors provide students with all required knowledge and practical techniques.
