Course Curriculum Overview
In this course, some subjects were like anatomy, psychology, microbiology, English, and nutrition. Also, at the starting of the semester, I felt the subjects very challenging and time-consuming. Also, the time was less during the exams as the syllabus was quite lengthy.
Placement Experience
Jobs and placements chances were good for the students with this particular field as they were offered from a range of 2-5 lakhs per annum as a joining salary. Also, if any students relevant and advanced skills while the placement interview, those student gets hired for the full time. Yes, the internship options were available for every student at the hospital.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was quite feasible as the fees for the whole course was about 1.5 lakhs and it seemed to be including all the type of fees in the university. There were tuition fees, library charges, exam fees, and the security deposit so it was all taken along with the fees only.
Campus Life
Students got very little time to do extracurricular activities at the university. However, the university organized free health check-ups every three months for the city locals. Also, their awareness camps for the people to understand the basics of hygiene and several blood donation camps at the hospital itself.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, I almost talked every day with the seniors as we had the same labs for certain subjects. They have books which were much helpful in the exams. However, the interaction with some alumni students was quite helpful in becoming familiar with the university.
Admission
As my scores were quite low I couldn't make it to bachelor of medicine and bachelor surgery, so I chose to do a Bachelor of Science in nursing. I met the criteria and got myself into a 3-year course through the application in the online portal of the university. The fee payment and counseling process were offline while the rest was online at the official university website.
Faculty
We had one of the best faculties as everyone has the exact knowledge in their relevant field and they taught in a good flow. Also, the faculties included those topics in the lectures which were unavailable in the books but were important from the exam point of view.
