The course curriculum is comprehensive and covers almost all the theoretical topics. Besides, the practical part of the course is taught efficiently by the teachers. We study Olympic movements, Anatomy and Physiology in first year, yoga education, track and Field in second year. The exams are conducted on semester basis and major portion comprises practical examination.

The college has its own placement cell. The college invites many companies but most of the companies provides short duration internships to the students. Since the college is not very reputed hence not many large companies visit our college.

The fees of the college is somewhat affordable but may be expensive for lower middle class families. The per annum fees for this course is 20,000INR and in addition to this examination fees is also paid per semester.

The college has a gym and a large sports playground. It organises sports meet yearly. Besides, various events like college foundation day, youth festival, folk dance, cultural day and many other seminars, conferences are held in our college.

Hostel facility is provided to both girls and boys who themselves are responsible for its cleaning. Medical facilities, badminton and carrom, laundry, wifi, etc facilities are provided in the hostel campus. The annual fees for both boys and girls for hostel is 7,200INR out of which 200 is refundable.

The admission is based on the merit list issued by the college. We have to fill an admission form and purchase the college prospectus and then other documents are submitting to the college immediately after the announcement of results of qualifying examinations. Then an interview is conducted to check the verbal abilities of the student.

Our teachers are very well qualified and have mastered their subjects. They teach us in a friendly manner and are very supporting. They motivate us and also tell us about the future career prospects. They help us in clearing out doubts even outside the classrooms.
