The course curriculum is excellent and up to the current developments in society. There is no parallel subject that goes through the whole semester but the semesters are broken down into weekly modules. There is a jury presentation at the end of the semester where you present everything that you have done in the whole semester. There are review sessions during the modules and you are evaluated based on your work and professionalism.

There is the department of placement which never fails to bring the top companies. They provide great opportunities for students and with a good salary package. There are internships for the students to grow. They also provide jobs and placements for their students. Many firms come and recruit students. Many students take part in the placement program and enhance their skills.

The fees are feasible from a design education point of view. Currently, the fees are about Rs 2 lakhs per semester which includes tuition, hostel, food, and other charges. Most of the other design colleges charge at least thrice the amount that the national institute of design charges.

There are numerous extracurricular activities provided by the college. The laboratories are well equipped and maintained with the new machines in the industries. The college always conducts inter-college competitions and zonal to encourage the student's talents. Many social programs are also conducted in the college to bring forth the social responsibility of the students.

For the admission process, you have to appear for an Aptitude Test and if you get shortlisted then you will be called for an interview and a discipline-specific aptitude test. In the interview, you have to show your portfolio. The interview may or may not be around the discipline that you select because they want to check your knowledge about the subject but also want to know about your thinking process.

Highly qualified and resourceful faculties are available who train the students to e specialized in their respective courses. The faculties are more than qualified to teach the courses. The faculties change according to the module that is being taught. Most of the faculties are visiting faculties from the industry. They are present for the entire module and give continuous feedback.
