The college has excellent infrastructure and management.
Teachers are a hit or miss. There’s mostly rookie teachers for the first years but as you select your specialization, you’ll only be dealing with a specific set of teachers. Some of them are extremely experienced and some are okay-okay.
The college has excellent industry connections. There’s no better place to network as a student in Mumbai. They have people visiting from all over the world and master classes and talks occurring every now and then.
Dislikes
They’ve increased their intake of students massively. The campus is becoming way too crowded for so many people. They’ve expanded campus into some floors in the hostel which is right across the street.
Everything in the college is slowly getting more and more expensive. They charge large unnecessary fines for things like not bringing your hall ticket or a new ID card or for exam rechecking.
Canteen is wayy too expensive for students like us
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are very good and they have people coming from a diverse range of companies. I am a second year student so I don't know about the exact packages. I plan to identify my strengths by 4th year and get a job in that sector.
the campus, our campus is located in bkc, it have alot of things like a cafeteria where you can go and munch! we have our own stuudio for shoots
the events, we have alot of fest in our college so its really fun
faculty, as they are very open minded and supportive
Dislikes
the fee structure, its not affordable by everyone
attendance system, we still have to wear id cards.
the hostel fees, its too much and they dont provide much of the facilities
Placement Experience:
From 3rd semester there is more fieldwork, students start working, and we get opportunities provided by our faculty
I worked with Anaita Shroff in the living room story pop-up twice, I worked with Suzanne Khan, and many more.
If talking about the percentage of people getting placement I would say 80%.
I was always interested in interior designing. This college is known for its reputation in interior designing. The college is posh. Students get to learn fully about the interior designing in this college.
Getting admission was not at all hectic, all we had to do was fill the application form present on the college website, then had to submit the marks scored in the bachelor's degree and then we were called for an interview as the final selection process.
To get admission, I had to first make sure to fulfil the eligibility criteria to get admission in the college, which is to first pass class 12 and then give the ISDI challenge, then an interview round is conducted for our final selection.
Anyone who is pursuing or has completed their graduation/diploma or any other equivalent education in any field any apply for the course.
