Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is decided by the HODs and principal itself as its autonomous college now. The time table is quite suitable as every graduation student (B.Tech) gets atleast one day off in week except sunday and the labs are well maintained and they are frequent but not that hectic. Exams are held as per the curriculum decided by the college, in BTech we have 8 semesters in 4 years.
Placement Experience
The placements here a quite good enough.Most of the students who are eligible enough to sit for placements are placed someway or the other. During the placement Season in every 2-3 days the companies come and take students from our college. Yes our college provides internship along with stipends but to fulfill this you need a certain Good CGPA as it's not for all but to a certain good outstanding students of each branch
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible as its a government funded college so the fees is very low compared to any other engineering college and even the hostel fees per year is too low, its easily affordable by every student.
Campus Life
The extra circular activities are quite good here. There are technical clubs like Sakta, SAE, spectrum, energy club. Litretrary and quiz club. A sports club where you can play sports like basketball, badminton, football, cricket etc. There are singing and instrument and dance clubs like TDA, aperrgio etc.There is also a drama society in this college
Alumni/Alumna
The alumnis as far as my knowledge many of them are placed at good companies or many of them have changed streams after engineering, like many prepared and cracked exams like CAT, GATE, GRE, civil services like IAS, OAS, UPSC. Many of them are at govt sector through railway, banking, SSC. Some of them are really very helpful as the colleges call them, to give speeches on how they prepared, what problems he/she faced during preparation etc. They motivate us too
Admission
Admission into the college is done through entrance exam ie the joint entrance test conducted by the government of India. After the cutoff for the entrance test is given by the government, the admission process can begin in the college.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are nice and well behaved and are skilled. Most of the faculty members have a decent and have a good knowledge about the subject and are experienced teachers. Some teacher's are passed out from good engineering colleges like IIT's and NIT's with their masters degree in that particular field in which they are teaching or giving a lectureship upon.
