Course Curriculum Overview
This is a 2 year post graduate course and the course structure is very industry oriented . We really get enough exposure to the subjects and the social life as well . Mass communication really requires skill based learning which our college purely focus on.
Placement Experience
For Bachelor's course the placements are not so good because of the obvious reasons. The media industry in India is still growing and we are really coming up new domains of media. For post graduation course like mine the placement is quite good or better than bachelor's course. Various media houses like News18 have good tie ups with my college and we are offered internships in them too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a bit expensive in my college . For two year course in Master of Mass Communication I am asked to pay around 3,20,000 INR . The fees seems to be a bit expensive to me . With various good facilities in the college the fees looks considerably good but still for a common family the fees is a bit expensive.
Campus Life
Everything is just amazing. Ragging is completely prohibited. The gender ratio in the college is really very good . We celebrate birthday parties. If any racial or gender discrimination happened then action was taken instantly. Everyone was treated equal. The college conducts sports every year and cultural events are a part of daily routine in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
All are in touch. Alumni meet is organized and the seniors are welcomed very well. Overwhelming experience with everything in this college. We really get to experience good quality sessions with our seniors who have excelled in their respective career.
Admission
The admission is purely merit based . You are given admission on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th examination . You have to fill an online application form for the registration from the official website of the college.
Faculty
The college is very well known an so as the faculty . Every faculty is highly qualified and polite . They are really helpful and kind. They have lot of experience in their respective fields. Most of them have worked for different media brands and now they are teaching us. They really teach each and every topic in a very interesting and engazing manner.
