Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is defined as such in order to help us gain industrial exposure and run parallel with the current technological advancements in the field of hospitality. We study about accommodation, food production, etc.

Some of the recruiting companies that visit the college include Fariyas Hotel & Resorts, Fortune Hotels, Four Point, holiday inn, Hyatt, IBIS, ITC Hotels, JW Marriott, Novotel Hotels, Ramada, Sahara Star, Sofitel, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee for the course is 2.25 lacs INR approximately. Within it, we are also provided with the excellent and learning opportunity of training is 5-star hotels and gathering industrial experience that helps us.

Campus Life

B.Sc Catering and Hotel Administration is a three-year industrial integrated degree program wherein, we have to learn six months in college and the next six months in a five-star hotel that offers us opportunities to learn practically and increase our knowledge.

Admission

I got admission to the college through merit screening of the marks I scored in my 12th class. I filled out a form with all the required details and submitted it through the online mode which facilitated my admission.

The faculty of the college is highly qualified. The course also helps us in gaining industrial experience to gain full exposure. The teachers are patient even with the slow learners and help us in deciding our careers further.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
