The roller coaster ride at KRMMC

Currently, I am enjoying my experience at KRMMC. Got to learn so much from so little time in this college. Be it organizing society events or attending classes or preparing for exams, the journey so far has been amazing.

Computer science is something as difficult as one can imagine, but the way it has been structured here, it seems like a child's play. All the different concepts perfectly divided over the course of 3 years makes it easy to learn and gasp. Regular lab practicals and constant tests makes sure that every student learns how to apply the acquired knowledge perfectly.

The placement cell actively brings job and internship opportunities for the students. In my first year, I interned with a reputed IT firm gaining tons of exposure and industry standard stipend (Rs 8000). I'll be sitting for my placements this year, which I've heard (from seniors) are pretty decent.

The fee structure is very much affordable, even if one is not from a very good background. Rs 24000 for each year, payable in 2 easy installments of Rs 12000 in each semester. The kind of teaching and atmosphere our college offers, I believe that the fee is completely justified.

The gender ratio is almost 1:1 in my course. The college consists of tons of student societies like Rotaract Club (which I am a part of), NSS etc. Also there are many fine arts society like the Twirls- the dance club, which is very popular in the university circuit. Our sports ground is really huge with students involved in playing cricket, track events etc all the time.

Getting admission here was as simple as it could be. Just filled the application form in the college administration office and then I got selected for the interview based on my higher secondary grades. Cracking the interview was also not very difficult, with just a few questions checking my proficiency in the subjects. Also the admin staff and the seniors were there to help out throughout the process.

All the professors are experts in whatever they teach. I've never been good around teachers but this college really changed me, I really want to sit through the lectures to gain every ounce of info our faculty has to offer.
