Life experience at NSU.

It is once in a Lifetime experience at the college. Coming in as a stranger to be leaving with memories and tons of connections is something I would always embrace about the college. From the teachers to the infrastructure to students, everything was just perfect.

The course is designed in such a manner that it makes the students industry ready immediately after graduation. Most of our learning experience was hands on (practical), thanks to all the industry tie ups our college has been into. Also, it never felt like studying is a burden, classes and exams were held in such a manner that it leaves the students with ample time to relax and focus on other aspects of life.

Our college provides if not, then one of the best placement opportunities across the country. Since it's inception, our college maintains a cent percent placement record, which puts a final year student in such a happy place. Also, the average annual packages for under-graduates from our university is as high as 3.5 lakh. Our recruiters list ranges from the big four to other reputed companies like Airtel, flipkart TATA etc.

Considering the type of infrastructure, faculty and experience our university offers the fees seem to be completely justified. Rs 1.8 lakhs for a BBA degree which makes you ready to enter the industry is a rather feasible option. Also it is payable in easy installations of Rs. 30000 per semester. Also the hostel facility provided by the university is available for students at an annual payment of Rs 60000 including the mess charges.

Extracurricular activities are given as much importance in our university as academics. Firstly there are student volunteer cells like NSS and Rotaract club that students actively work for. Secondly, the sports events like the annual sports day provide talented students with a platform to showcase their talents. As far as I have seen, I never came across any kind of discrimination or misbehave in the college regarding any aspect. All the students from different background respect and embrace the cultural differences.

Yes, my stay at the college hostel made my campus life even more wonderful. Rooms are easily available to students studying in the university and are alloted on double/triple bed sharing basis. The hostel also has a common room with TV and games room with variety of indoor games. The mess serves delicious food for every student at the hostel.

I always had a knack about management and wanted to pursue career in this field, so BBA was an apt choice of course for me. Choosing NSU was a natural choice, being one of the best universities in Jamshedpur with state of the art infrastructure and a learning experience no other University may provide. Getting admitted here was the easiest with just applying online with minimum marks requirement of 40% in 12th standard.

The faculty here is completely professional and such well versed in the subjects they teach that it's unbelievable. The extra efforts made by each of our lecturers make sure that the students really understand the core of the subjects. Also, very easily approachable at any point of time.
