Course Curriculum Overview
Though the course curriculum is good, but if one compares that with some of the reputed institutions in the country, the things can be improved a lot. If one is studying properly, it's a rigorous course to pursue.
Placement Experience
The placements are a hard nut to crack here as there are no industries in our city in fact in the whole state. If we look out for options away from here, say in Delhi or Mumbvai, then we stand a chance to get some sort of job.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for this M.A. Economics course is Rs 8000/ year and Rs 16000 for full course which is definitely value for money as economics is a high demand course. The fee structure is at par with the most institutions of the country.
Campus Life
The university has active political units as well. Apart from that, competitions are conducted along with seminars and workshops which allows us to navigate our field of interest more closely by active participation in them.
Admission
The admission here is based on the merit. One needs to have got a minimum of 50% in the Bachelor's to be eligible for this course. I wanted to study in a university environment, that's why I went for this course.
Faculty
The college faculty has helped me a lot to relate the theoretical part of my course with the ongoing economic and financial situations of the economy. I find them really supportive and well qualified for teaching us.
