Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very hectic. The course is of 2.5 years followed by a year of internship. The internship is a paid internship where they provide you some amount monthly and other services like staying, food, etc. We have a university exam every year in September which we need to pass for qualifications.
Placement Experience
As it is a master's course the internship is in our hospital and always there would be a practical experience. Every department we are placed for a few courses on time. The internship is compulsory for all students and the opportunities in government and private are far high for this course.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government college the fee would be less and there are numerous scholarships available for the students. An internship stipend is also available to the students. The fee should be paid at the beginning of each academic year. The fee would be wavered by the scholarships too.
Campus Life
Health-related awareness programs, college fest, and sports events, yoga, self-defence classes for girls, etc, are organized by the college authorities, and students combined to bring in some skill learning apart from the academia in the life of students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of the college is very good. Recently it got some renovation too. There is a ground where we play football and cricket. Along with that, there is a badminton and volleyball court too. The rooms are decent and the food is also good. There is a library inside the hostel campus along with the television to relax the students.
Alumni/Alumna
Seriously helpful you can not pass without the help of seniors, they guide as a tutor, mark syllabus best part is no physical ragging done in college we have an anti-ragging committee. College seniors and interns are interactive and friendly. They help you with your studies and even during your internship period.
Admission
The admission process in the college is through a qualifying exam followed by counseling. The basic criteria would be that the candidate should have completed B.S.M.S. with minimum specified marks. Then through the counseling, the students would be admitted in the college
Faculty
Highly experienced and doctorates staffs are in the college, they guide us to understand the tricks and in-depth of the subject. The faculty are well-educated doctors and good teaching experience hospitals are quite big and many departments are there and tertiary hospitals good quality of clinic experience.
