Overall It falls under average side. Good in infrastructure and labs. Need to improve in placement sides. Students should have given more freedom to explore in their areas.

When i took admissiom you could take admission after appearing in AIEEE or Orissa JEE exams. I scored just an average marks in AIEEE now things are different. Now you can write CUTM's entrance exam and take admission if fall under qualified criteria. Apart from that there will be some management quota seats for which you can talk with college management people for more informations.

There was no internship scheme for B.Tech or you can say none of the company came for internship that time. In final semester you had to do project with your team. More credit points was for project.

College was lacking in providing opportunities though we got few good opportunities. I will list down the companies names salary offered and number of students selected. Mindtree 3.2 lakhs,annum 15 persons got selected,Accenture 3.2 lakhs,annum 3 persons got selected Syntel - 3 lakhs,annum none CSC - 3.25 lakhs,annum 2 perosns got selected Orissa Cement Ltd 3 lakhs,annum None Gupta Powers 1.5 lakhs,annum 1 person got selected.

After winning Robotics Fest in Bhubaneswar. College itself started doing Robotics Fest there. Where you can show your talent if you have interest in Robotics. Every year there will be Annual Function and organize for 2-3 days. Some local celebrity came during our time. College encourages for debate all extra curricular activities like cricket, badminton,Dance,Running,Volleyball etc.

I paid only 87000 rupees as fee which includes college fees and Hostel fees. I was paying 1500 rupees each month for canteen. Now there will be definitely different fee structure. It may come around 1.5 laks to 2 lakhs for more better contact.

There was no scholarship facilities during 2008-2012. Hope they would have added it. College Management will cooperate with loan facility.

Yes there is some good robotics,debates competition. You will find it more interesting. Labs are well maintained. There is cricket ground,Badminton court. Volleyball Court. Carom for hostlers. Gender ratio was pretty good. You can assume 10:7 male,female ratio. Some branch will have more girls than boys.

Hostel facility was very good. You will get good 3 sharing bed. You will good speed of internet connections. Food quality is average but still you can manage some special from cafeteria using paid service. You will easily get pen,paper,Xerox within college. Sunday is outing day. Bus will be given for outing purpose.

I was first batch for my college so there was no seniors. It was very good experience to become super senior of any college. We learned from our mistakes. We were not matured and perfect and at the end of college we saw our changes. Ragging is strictly prohibited.

We were part of BPUT university. Now College has become university for each semester there will be 3 internal exams and 1 final semester exam. Each semester there will be 6 papers and 5 lab paper. Final year number of papers may decrease depends on your branch. Each lab is nothing but writing exam. You will do experiment and viva will be taken for the same. There will 10 laboratory exams of each lab paper in each semester. Initial you will find this difficult but after completing 1st semester things will be become more easier.

Faculty were pretty good. Some of them were M.Tech people from colleges like NITs. Most of them were highly experienced people in their domain. Few came from very reputed Govt. organizations.
