Course Curriculum Overview
For the MBBS course, this course curriculum was a very lengthy and much descriptive combination of many lengthy topics as theory and some with practical complex ones. Exams were every year but there were internals exams along with the practical exams conducted with almost full syllabus a few months before the final exam.
Placement Experience
One year of the internship was mandatory after a four and a half year degree at the hospital itself as to gain practical knowledge and experience. After that, there are various chances at the placement interviews for almost every student to get a job with good pay and they can also apply at the college itself. However, generally, students apply for government jobs.
College Events
At the college, there were not many events due to a very lengthy syllabus but few were some inaugural programs, national holiday celebrations like Independence Day and Republic Day. On the other hand, the faculty organized a seminar at the lab for a practical approach for the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The structure of fees was expensive but when related to the degree, college, hospital, and infrastructure, the fees 2,00,000 per annum looked reasonable to me. Also, the fees were to be paid in parts and any student can approach the college admission department regarding any issue. They were quite helpful in those matters.
Campus Life
The institute organizes dance and music programs where students perform live at the stage as a part of the extracurricular activity and to give a break from the curriculum. Also, there are study tours at some village and a free check-up camp is organized as social work. Also, student diversity is much so the college permits to celebrate several festivals in leisure time only.
Admission
In this self-financed institute, I got admission through the NEET-UG which is considered as a national eligibility cum exam test along with the marks in higher secondary education. The application mode was offline and online so I gave all the documents at the admission counter on campus and the entrance mode was offline.
Faculty
This college had some seniors most faculties with several years of experience in more than one stream. They taught us vividly with every topic and concept in detail with the notes and reference books which they also recommend to use for the depth of the knowledge for that particular topic.
