Best university in Bihar.

From my opinion, the course curriculum was very good. It comprises of six semester. The curriculum includes social group work, community organizations, field work, social policy, planning and development. The exam structure was also good in our university. The university conducts its final examination, Internal Assessment in every six months.

Our university provides employment opportunities to its students. The placement cell invites many companies from private and public, Government sector to place students for campus interview. Companies provides very good packages to the students. The minimum salary package was around 3 lakh per annum and the highest salary package was around 7 lakh annually. Before qualifying my final examination, i was placed in the campus interview and finally got a job with good package. I was very happy and satisfied with my packages.

The fees structure was not at all expensive. At the time of admission, i paid around 18250 rupees which includes admission fees, library fees, laboratory fees, semester fees, examination fees. In every semester, i paid around 9950 rupees The fees was affordable and manageable to pay for all the students.

The university provides many scholarship facility to its students. Scholarship are offered to the students on basis of university rank holders, P. G scholarship for SC /ST students, merit scholarship for the student who belong to minority community, central sector scholarship, national fellowship and scholarship for Higher education of ST students. Many nationalised bank also offered educational loan to the students.

The university organizes many extracurricular activities like dance competition, singing competition, drama, debate, painting competition, Athletics, basketball, cricket, sports meet, Alumni meet, traditional day etc. All students of our university participate in all the activities with great enthusiasm. These activities are organized by the University to develop our creativity and intellect.

I got admission in this course after qualifying my bachelor degree with a good percentage. To get admission in this course, students should have obtained at least 55 percent of marks in graduation. There was also relaxation of marks for SC /ST students. For SC/ST students, the minimum required percentage was 50 percent. After that students need to appear an entrance examination (MET) which was conducted by the University. The final selection was based on marks obtained in secondary, higher secondary and graduation and on the marks obtained in entrance examination.

All teachers of our university are very qualified and experienced. They have many years of experience in their respective subjects. Most of the teachers have obtained doctorate degrees. They help and support us a lot in our studies by providing study materials.
