My memories of H.D. Jain College

The college is the best to enjoy your college life. Even though the college does not allow for any cultural events, but the campus life is enjoyable and regarding the fees, it is the best place to give a try.

The course curriculum is very much same compared to other colleges. The subjects are highly advanced and aims to provide in-depth knowledge of different concepts needed to complete by the student to get the full essence of the course.

The placement opportunities are rare. Very few companies conduct their placement drive and out of it very few get selected. But students around 80% get placed through off campus placements drives in other colleges and direct walk-in.

The fee structures is nominal for any family who opts this college. There are no scholarships or installments facilities to pay the tuition fees. The minimal fees is feasible and can be easily paid without any tension.

There are certain seminars, workshops and other guest lectures which will be conducted by the college monthly once. Other than that, there are no cultural events or sports day celebrations. The college focuses more on academics rather than other cultural or extracurricular activities.

There are hostel facilities for both boys and girls provided by the college. But I didn't opt for hostel and therefore does not know about the facilities and rental details as well as infrastructure related information.

The senior students are very friendly enough to help us out in whatever doubts we have. They are the original teachers who teach us,to whom we can approach at any time and they share their previous experiences.

The college admission process is very simple and you don't have any other work than just submission of your mark details. The college will prepare a list of students based on merit by setting a cut off marks.

The faculties are not well qualified and trained. They don't care much about the studies of the students and does not clarify the doubts properly. Few professors are good and are friendly, and know the subjects clearly.
