Course Curriculum Overview
The course was three years long and we had a semester-based system, examinations were conducted after six months in the form of class test and main examinations. The curriculum was very stressed free and relaxing, giving the chance to research in our respective fields.
Placement Experience
The college are rangers placements at the end of 3rd year as this is a bachelor course, it is recommended for us to study further. Institutes and schools were arranged to interviewers like the local government schools, companies where the history was required like the Indian Museum. The selection was purely on the basis of academic performance. Many students opted for the master degree and only 30% of the students were interested in doing the job.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since this was a government College the fees was very feasible. The overall expenditure for the course was within Rs.10,000 for three years and it could be per semester wise. The payment was in the form of demand draft, card payments but no cash was accepted.
Campus Life
There were more girls than boys at the campus with the stories coming from different backgrounds. The college was peaceful and had huge play grounds where we could play the sports like cricket, volleyball, football, badminton stop the libraries and the lads were fully equipped with just facilities. There were language labs too, We had various clubs for arts including music, dance, theatre.
Admission
I got the admission on the basis of 12th board examinations and the selection was purely on the basis of the boards percentage since this was a government college. I got the application form from the college and filled it. I got my name in the first list with my 95% in the 12 examination and was enrolled for the BA course in history.
Faculty
All of the teachers at the campus were very helpful and polite to all the students irrespective of the backgrounds. They were known scholars and PhD holders in various fields. I had a personal rapport with my English teacher and she used to guide me all along my difficulties.
