Course Curriculum Overview
I preferred this particular as here there were four and a half years of the curriculum with all the relevant subjects whose level increased every year. After the curriculum, one year of the internship was mandatory and a separate one year in rural areas. Also, the exams were challenging and required a lot of study hours. Final exams every year but the internals and journal submission were tough but mandatory.
Placement Experience
Several healthcare organizations from the private sector came for placement interviews and my seniors'' batches who are about to graduate have chances to get a government job. Usually, a starting salary of 4 lakhs per annum was offered to the students. A year after graduation was mandatory for internship for the students.
College Events
Our institute organized free dental check-up camps and events for the people and the basic reason was that the students get practical knowledge. Also, there were dance festivals with cultural events and musical nights at the main campus for the students to enjoy campus life.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees were appropriate considering all the academics and facilities as the fees were 1,00,000 for one year and the same for the rest of the years at the university. Some students felt is expensive as per the personal economic conditions but most were able to pay the fees in installment.
Campus Life
We had a playground where we played several games but most of the time was in lectures and labs. The institute has well maintained fully furnished labs with all the necessary equipment. Also, there is a huge library with almost any book we want relevant to the course curriculum.
Hostel Facilities
The hotel facilities for the students were quite good including the infrastructure also as the rooms were clean and a warden was appointed to maintain every routine at the hostel premises. Also, the charges were feasible and many students opt for it as it was on-campus and convenient to go to the university.
Admission
I had scored well in higher secondary education and NEET UG exams which were the two admission criteria at the institute. Also, the application mode was online and the counseling procedure was at the Faculty of medical science, Delhi University after the students' profile is evaluated online. I had to submit all the academic documents through the admission link at the website of the institute.
Faculty
We had experienced, knowledgeable, and much quite friendly faculties with degrees from some recognized institutes and some with a foreign degree also. They helped to build the future path and draw a safe end path for everyone to achieve.
