Best ever time of my life

Over the years the buildings in the campus the strength of the student all have increased due to better education quality in and around the city. The present vs works in progressing the campus and has included a lot number of new courses built and expanded the research.

I joined GNDU back in 2004 after passing JET exam conducted by the uni for degree in Bsc (hons school) botany. After that did M.Sc and M.Phil in the same field and now pursuing phd frpm the same university.

The course is elaborated and covers different fields relatd to science Subject beggining from courses that provide basic knowledge to subjects providing deeper knowledge of the field.

Packages are somewhere between 3 lakh - 10 lakh depending upon the company hiringtcs,godrej,icici,hdfc,p n g, airtel,aircel are amongst a few that visit and hire students from campus.

Jashan and youth festival are hosted every year youth fest is an inter college festival whereas the jashan involves participation with in the campus tech fest is organized by computer science and electronics dept besides sports events are also organised.

Since my is a science stream the fee structure ws nominal even other courses offered have an average fee structure all though the professional courses are a bit expensive.

The university offers fellowship to meritorious students. Besides it provides fee redemption to needy students who cannot afford their studies i availed a national fellowship for my research work.

The university hosts number of competitions giving exposure to the students. Such competitions includes tech fest,cultural competitions,debate and other competitions every year that involve students from different campuses that falls under the university.

The hostel is average haveing basic facilities. Every floor has one seprate washroom. Which does create have sometimes the food is average in the mess. The rates are ok n match the quality of the food that is provided.

All my seniors from the depertment or other depertment are well placed both here in india and abroad. The degree offered here is well recognized all over the world.

All courses follow semester system. Their are 2 sem every year and each semester is divided into 2 minor exams and one major exam. The major occur in december and following april while the minors are planned as per the syllabus being covered.

The staff of the college is very well known our dept itself has produced large number of eminent scientists working in different labs worldwide the teachers are helpful and are updated with the recent advancements in their field.
