Course Curriculum Overview
I loved my course curriculum to the bits. All those plays, dramas, novels by some of the greatest authors of all times. The stories, the poems, English literature can teach you how to be hopelessly romantic.
Placement Experience
Having graduation in English literature paves the way to a giant door of opportunities with many magazines, content writing firms, etc. opening their hands to join their teams. We had many startups coming in the college and placements were fairly decent with an average package of 3 lacs for a fresher.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since our college is government-aided, we did not have to think much about the fee. The entire course would cost under 50,000 which is a steal deal given the opportunities that you are exposed to. It is pretty decent.
Campus Life
We had a loads of time in our hands to participate in the extra curricular activities, the workshops and also explore around the city. We had absolutely zero labs or practical work and many of my batch mates were actively involved in different cultural societies.
Admission
The application form is available in offline mode and I filled all the details and attached the required documents and submitted in the campus along with form fee. The admission is on merit list prepared by the college.
Faculty
I found the faculty rightly qualified with many of them having editorial experience. Many of them had already tried their hands in literature. The passion of teaching could rightly be seen through their eyes.
