Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very good. Think of all the inventions coming into the sea. The tests are a bit busy. Going up is also difficult. But every semester, we have opportunities. So it gives hope. But lab days are worth it. We are heavily involved in all activities and activities.
Placement Experience
Jobs and job opportunities are very thin. Provides college jobs for all cleared students. Others are gone. So this is an area where the college needs to improve. College internships are also offered at the training area, Cochin Shipyard. No stipend was given.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive. But this is possible when compared to other marine colleges. The fee structure includes hostel fees, messes, uniforms, faculty fees and event fees. Each year, the Indian Marine University pays an additional ?25,000.
Campus Life
There are only male cadets. Parties are not allowed. There are no societies. Ours is a residential course. There is no politics. Extra-curricular activities include swimming, football, cricket, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, and the gym.
Admission
I love to travel and explore, so in my 12th grade, I searched for a course that would help me achieve my goal. So I go for marine engineering. I wrote the CET exam to enter the Indian Maritime Academy rank list. I shortlisted it. I have excelled at this college ever since.
Faculty
All faculty require degrees. Marine Resource Facilities are the main engineers for seafarers. So we think about every possible situation and how to deal with it. All areas included in our curriculum. The exam pattern is excellent.
