Course Curriculum Overview

I studied the nuances of fashion design and the different aspects that constitute its system to enable a more comprehensive, responsible, and critically creative approach to fashion design.

Some of the companies that visit the campus of the college for the purpose of recruitment are Marsil Exports, Masilo Organic baby, VVyom, Kunal Rawal, etc. The students are placed with impressive placement packages.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is a full-time course of 4 years. I paid approximately a sum of 24.5 lacs for the whole duration of my college as fee. There were additional charges, however, of transportation, accommodation, food, etc.

Campus Life

Located in the dynamic coastal city of Mumbai, ISDI offers a series of globally benchmarked programs for students across the disciplines of fashion, interior, product, and communication design. It has a beautiful campus with all necessities.

Admission

The field of fashion designing had always interested me. So, I filled out the application form on the college's online website. After which I gave an aptitude test followed by a personal interview in which I qualified and got my admission.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is well qualified. They have good educational backgrounds. They even have some impressive contacts in the industry. They share with us insights into the industry that really helps us understand its working.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The college is excellent because there are numerous facilities available such as experienced staff members and a wide range of instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC, UV, IR, and others. the college has good infrastructure, including a large library with nearly 6000 books and a campus with WI-FI .there are three research labs for PG students, and the college has its own licensed animal house. In addition, the teaching staff has a Ph.D.

I didn't know about ISDI, ATLAS SKILLTECH UNIVERSITY at first, then I used to get calls from them, they have their site where you can apply then they call you for confirmation after that you have to submit your details and then there is a test, a normal aptitude test which includes English comprehension and grammar, general knowledge, etc., then you get your offer letter based on the test. then there is the interview, in the interview, they ask you why did you choose this college, about yourself, your interest, etc....Read More
