My course review

The course curriculum is very easy and mostly based on practical knowledge. My course has seven trimesters and it is a 2.5 years long duration course. The course has a motive to develop Techno-managerial competence in students. The course has some important topics like Business Communication & Presentation Skills, Agricultural Extension Management, Agricultural Input Marketing, Marketing Research, Accounting For Managers, Quantitative Techniques for Agri-Business and AI Application in Agriculture Marketing.

The placement and job opportunities are very good at our college. my college provides job placement in companies like DowDupont Inc. (Corteva Agriscience), UPL Limited, Coromandel International Limited, Sulphur Mills Limited, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Co. (Mahyco), Dhanuka Agritech Limited, Syngenta AG, Jubilant Life Sciences, Mahindra Summit Agriscience Limited, Meghmani Organics Limited, Rallis India Limited, JK Agri Genetics Limited and PI Industry Limited.

The fees structure is affordable, I have to pay my trimester Tuition Fee INR 1,60,000, Boarding and Lodging Fee INR 45,000, Computer Lab Fee INR 20,000, Library Fee INR 15,000, Caution Money (Refundable) INR 10,000 and Health Insurance INR 5,000 which is for per year. The college provides Laboratory, workshops and seminars that's why the fees are feasible.

They are very good because in my college we have FINANCA?he finance committee, MRIDANG?he cultural committee, NEWSCOM?he Newsletter committee, ACE?he Academic committee, AMIGOS?he Sports committee, ILLUMINATI?he Literary committee and GOURMET?he Mess committee. All the students take responsibility of this committee and organise events on time to time. My college also provides air coolers or ACs hostel facility to the boys and girls students with well-furnished and attached bathroom.

I got admission after completing my Graduation from Delhi university. I did my B.sc in agriculture so I wanted to do a PD diploma. I had one-year experience in this field also. so I gave the CAT entrance test and got qualified in it. then the college invited me for written test and interview round. after clearing both the round I got admission.

The faculty of my college is very highly educated and qualified. Dr P. Chandra Shekara is the Director-General of my college. he is very supportive and sometimes he used to take our classes. he is a stock of knowledge and whenever he used to teach us, we used to ask question-related to our course and he always answers it in a unique and easy style.
