Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for masters program was strictly followed as per the rules of Nalanda Open University. The syllabus provided by the university was followed by the college itself. Also, the exam was based on the provided procedure of NOU.
Placement Experience
The faculty gives us an efficient knowledge about the job opportunities as well as future scope after completing the masters. They also enlighten us with the internship programs that we can opt for, in the coming future.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure in H.D. Jain College for M.Sc in Mathematics is 2700 INR every year. On comparing the fee structure with other colleges and universities, it looked much affordable or budget-friendly to me.
Campus Life
As the college falls under Nalanda Open University, there is a 25% discount on the fee structure to encourage women education. Also, I didn't noticed any differentiation as per gender, race, or religion in the college. Everyone is pretty friendly and helpful to all.
Admission
After completing my B.Sc Hons in Mathematics successfully, I decided to complete my M.Sc in Mathematics from H.D. Jain College. The selection process was based on the merit of the qualifying examination, merit lists, and cut-offs. My name was in the second merit list.
Faculty
All the Faculty members of the college were patient with me. I take time to understand most of the lectures and come up with lots of doubts but each time they clarified my queries without any complaints. In addition to that, the guest faculty were equally great and understanding in their respective domains.
