Law Academy Review

The college has a good campus equipped well with all amenities required by the students and has all sorts of good provisions for the students to live comfortably and study there for the 5 academic years.

The course is a double degree course. The course shall extend to a period of 5 academic years consisting of 10 semesters including practical training. Each semester is for a duration of 5 months, inclusive of the examinations.

A Placement Center is offered by the campus providing advice to students in career options and in campus placement to various legal firms, Corporates, Corporations etc. The firms include legal firms like Surana and Surana and big corporations looking for brilliant graduates.

The college conducts events such as a two day National Workshop on Research Methodology, a National Seminar on Law of Forensic Science, a National Law Fest and many other events conducted all round the year.

The fee is around 30,000/- a year which is quite affordable and feasible for the students. The fee is to be paid at the beginning of the academic year and is paid annually. It does not really cause any load on any families, being so nominal.

The college has facilities for the students as well as the teachers such as Lecture Halls, Faculty Rooms, staff quarters, Moot Court Hall, Open Air Auditorium, stadium, library, internet facilities, canteen and guest rooms.

The Ladies Hostel inside the campus can accommodate around 120 students. The Kitchen of the hostel serves both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. A Common Room equipped with Television, telephone connection, facilities of the PCO, 24 hour security, a front lawn, badminton court, etc. is provided to them. The boys hostel is outside campus provided by other general establishments like LMS Wills Hostel, YMCA and etc.

Students who have passed 10+2 with not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in the General category and 40% marks in the SC, ST and OEC category are eligible to seek admission to the Integrated Five Year B.A; LL.B course, mainly on merit, which includes an entrance exam and an interview.

The faculty is extremely sincere, dedicate and committed to the cause of the academy that is, imparting high quality legal education to the students to make them the best lawyers of tomorrow. The faculty consists of professors, visiting faculty members, associate professors, etc.
