Course Curriculum Overview
My course was a full time masters program, that had 4 semesters. We had exams after every semester and a end of course dissertation. The course was extremely updated in view with the international standards. They made sure we are learning everything that will help us get employed.
Placement Experience
Though the college does not have it's own placement cell, because it's a government college, senior students and alumni have tried to help the students with their employment. The college also does seminars and workshops about finding jobs and tries to provide the students with all the help they can offer.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of our course was very practical compared other colleges which offered the same course. There were additional fees that we due like examination fees, admission fees etc.. but other than that the fees was in a reasonable level.
Campus Life
The college had a NSS and NCC camps which arranged for activities like campus cleaning drive, blood donation drive and many others. Each department in our college had their own clubs which conducted their own programs and activities. I was part of the NSS and helped set up some of the activities as well as participated in many others.
Hostel Facilities
I used to live at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hostel. They had spacious rooms with shared bathrooms. We all had one kitchen and dining area as well as a library room. That hostel was a place which i called home for two years and made a lot of friends as well.
Admission
Applying to our college was pretty straightforward and uncomplicated. They asked for copies of my 10th, 12th and graduation certificates and mark lists. Few days later i got approval of admission and they asked me to come in for verification.
Faculty
The professors in my department were extremely qualified with tons of experience in their field. The faculty members were updated on the current affairs and they always aimed to improve their knowledge. They were available to us when we had doubts to clear via phone, email or even in person.
