Remarks
My college life was quite busy and happening. I had a very pleasant experience in this college. I had made very good friends who are still in touch with me. All our professors had guided us throughout our course and some of my professors still guide me in my career.
Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of our course was three years. We had to give semester exams every year but apart from that our professors often took our class tests so that they could monitor our performances in the class.
Placement Experience
The college offered us very good placements. Almost 90% students of our batch got placed in several dental hospitals as interns. The salary was also quite good. Our professors had guided us to get the best placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I had done my post graduation in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. My entire course fees was 18 Lakhs. I did not need to pay the fees altogether. They took the fees on semester basis. Every year I had to pay 600000 rupees for the tuition fees.
Campus Life
In our department their were more boys than girls but there were no gender inequality. I had friends in my class who belonged from different social and economic class but we always had an unity among us our professors had never discriminated between us.
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel was very close to the campus. There were options for us to choose hostel rooms. Our hostel rooms and the mess were very hygienic. Water and mess food were also great. The rent for the hostel was also extremely economic.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors were really amazing. We had experienced no bullying or ragging inside our campus by our seniors. Our seniors often used to share their experiences with us which really helped us in our academics.
Admission
I had completed my graduation in B.D.S with a good percentage. Since this college is one of the best dental colleges in Tamil Nadu, I had always wanted to do my post graduation from this college. I was really happy when I got admission in this college. For the selection I had to give an entrance exam.
Faculty
All the faculty members of my college were extremely helpful and compassionate towards us. All the professors were highly qualified. The guest lecturers of our department were also very experienced and they taught us really well.
