Remarks

I find this college to be one of the best colleges i have ever studied. Sometimes the strict environment can feel straining but overall they help us train to become great future doctors. The help by our faculty cannot be paid back by any means. Be it in any difficult times like academics or any other thing, our faculty and seniors are always there for us.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is decided by MCI and NTRUHS. The schedule is hectic sometimes. Once you start learning the course, it is quite enjoyable. If you will love it then you are gonna enjoy it the whole time. Others might want to get a little more freedom. The curriculum here is very strictly followed. No excuse are considered anytime.

Placement Experience

The placements for PG are quite good in our college. After an internship, you even have opportunities which can pay you around 25k per month. Since our college is a reputed one, placements are also good. Students from our college get easily placed outside.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the fee is decided by the medical council, it not tat high and also it is same everywhere. When we see the conditions and facility given by the college, the fee doesn't seem too much. Being a private institute, the fee is good compared to other colleges which costs us lakhs.

Campus Life

Sports are a huge thing which our college supports. Sports fest are conducted where all the students are allowed to participate. Tournaments are held. This fest lasts for one week and a ceremony is held on the last day where winners are announced and prices are given.

Alumni/Alumna

We get a lot of inspiration from our seniors and alumni.The alumni of our college are all in great positions now and some of them even have their own hospitals. Many of them get great pays and some are even settled in foreign countries. The unity among out seniors is outstanding. They are so hardworking and they inspire us to do so.

Admission

The selection for this course was done purely based on my NEET-PG score. After I got my NEET-PG score, i applied for quite a many colleges. I had a decent score. My MBBS grades were also good. Then I was selected by a few colleges among which i had to one. But the Deccan College of Medical Colleges is quite a reputed one. And hence i joined the college.

Faculty

The faculty here are quite qualified. Though some of them are very strict, others are great. Some faculty are not good at english here but yet they manage to make us understand the concepts. All in all the faculty and their lectures are satisfactory.

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester, you are well eligible for placements. Various company's and firms get into some famous like Amarchand and so on. As an intern, you are not getting that big salary offers but you get a good and sustainable amount of money for work. I think the highest package was offered as 18lac per annum and the majority stick to 13 14 lakhs. 100% of students get placements if they have performed well in every semester. I've decided to work one year as a clerk with a judge and then on to do my master's in law from abroad.
