DHSK has taught me to use my skills to the best I can. To work in any condition and to stay united. The environment truly is magical. All that the faculty instructs us to do helps us after the college and that is how DHSK helps its students to achieve great in life.
Course Curriculum Overview
This is a three year bachelors degree which includes six semesters with your subject. Students are required to do research works as well from the library. Examinations are held in every six years and which are followed by few assignments. For B.A.(English) knowledge of English scholars was my topic when I made my project.
Placement Experience
Placements are provided on the basis of the skills of the students. Also there are career guidance programs introduced in the college. Extra classes for students interested in other fields are also encouraged in DHSK.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees in DHSK is quite affordable. There is a special section for economically weaker students who have BPL cards. Approximately the fees is 10000-12000 per year which is quite a feasible amount for a course.
Campus Life
In DHSK focus is also on the extracurricular activities. There is an annual fest with almost 100% participation of the students. Seminars conducted by the expert who comes from outside the institute.
Admission
Getting admission in DHSK was quite an easy thing. Eligibility criteria for DHSK is just completion of 10+2 for any of the boards. There is special quota and seats reserved for the poor students and for the physically disabled ones. After the merit list comes out you are supposed to complete the document submission.
Faculty
Faculty of the college is very supportive if I talk about the studies. They provide few books from their side too and with all the knowledge of their subjects they guide us. My course was B.A in English so my professors were all PhD holders in English.
