Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is of 2 years. There was a final exam at the end of each year. You have to pass this examination to get admission in next year. College focused on practical oriented teaching and different communication sessions conducted regularly to improve the students skills. All the facilities was also provided by the college.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities were great. Various media companies visited the college every year and picked the students. About 90% students get placed in different companies. Hence the placement was just awesome. College also provide different internship opportunities to the talented students.
College Events
Events were the interesting part of the college. All the festivals including ganesh chaturthi and many more celebrated beautifully in the college premises. Along with this different cultural events like traditional western day annual functions celebrated enthusiastically in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure of the college was expensive but different scholarship schemes available for talented students and on category basis. The fees of the college was about 2.75 lakhs per year. Installation option to pay the fees was also available.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities were the backbone of the college. Different workshop on communication skills and guest lectures on media experiences conducted regularly by the college to enhance the skills of the students. Different sports programs also held by the students to improve the fitness and strength.
Admission
The admission process of the The Delhi School of Communication (DSC) is totally based on an Internal Admission Test followed by a Psychological Test as well as on interview. On this score merit list was published. I scored good score in this process and I was in the first Merit list so I got admission in The Delhi School of Communication (DSC).
Faculty
The faculty of the college was just excellent. They had a great experience in media communication field. They were highly educated and media professionals. They taught us lot of skills. The always helped us and supported us to implement our new ideas.
