Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is different for every year.In my opinion its not at all rigid its completely fun.There is not much writing work in first year.Its all about hvaing practical knowledge.And the end of year we have to showcase our work and what have we learned.

Placement Experience

The support for placements and job opportunities are not good but they provide internships to the 3rd year students which is quite helpful. Though the students who are graduated form the college are doing great.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for B.des. course its expensive and yes loan facilities are provided but only to some students.The fees for 1st year is near to Rs 5,00,000.Though it's worthy to study in this college as you learn so much that you can start you own venture.

Campus Life

Not much events are held as the environment of the college concertante on studying stuff more.But there are some music fests that are amazing and exhibitions are organised where students showcase their talent and creativity skills.

Admission

I filled the online admission form.I really want to take admission in this college because Its famous and have so much designing related course.Through entrance tests and personal interviews conducted by them I got selected.

Faculty

The Faculty of the college is friendly. They are well spoken and helpful.I think they are nice. They have a good knowledge about everything related to Design. They clear doubts and listen to queries of the students.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

Placement Experience:

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
