My College Review

Looking at research perspective, the course offers enough practical classes to give you a hands-on experience on every lab equipment. However, this curriculum will cover all the basic and some advanced level of engineering that you would require for research purposes. If you are looking to prepare for higher studies, the course covers all subjects that are there for the PhD exam.

Companies like Jindal , Ranbaxy , Tata , etc come to our college . The average CTC is 8 LPA but very few students get the placement because the selection procedure is very hard . The college has kept a mandatory internship for all the students . Students often get in my college and the placement scenario is improving day by day.

The fees is feasible for the college considering the scholarship which the college provides . The students get scholarship which covers the entire fees . I payed around 80,000 INR per year for my course . The fees seems very minimal because all the fees payed by us gets reimbursed.

The extracurricular activities are quite happening in the college and in some way or other you get connected with each other. It helps to develop the leadership qualities in you and you also get to interact with your juniors and seniors.

The Alumni network isn't strong. They may be contributing in some other way to the college but the interaction with the students is very less. Getting the Internship or jobs through seniors is very less .

This is a well known college and the students have to write GATE exam in order to secure admission to this college . Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering is held once in a year and it offers admission to Master of Technology courses in top institutes of India .

The faculty in general is very cooperative but there can be a great improvement if they can cope up with the current technologies. Being in this college you have to be very much dependent on yourself and most of the learning must come from self studies.
