Teachers are good .. and very friendly and giving good knowledge but they can't able to manage the students when all want to study they can't handle them all... They only teaches the facts . Not the whole detail.. admission process i filled online form from SOL ... And i took admission in that... Sol has provided me this college...

I am studying Ca with this ... So my mentor suggested me to choose this.... Faculty is very much educated and they always talk in English.. and never used any bad languages... Due to corona.... Till now we haven't have any exams

I really don't know about this... I am in 2nd semester ... And i haven't gave any exams so... I have seriously no plans after the degree . I just want to complete graduation for the certificate... My main goal is CA....

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is very much nominal... And every type of class of people can afford it... It is around 3 k for a year....

Campus Life

They all are good... I attend the fest when ankit tiwari came there... The arrangements was very nice... Yeah books are available in library and i issued some of them too easily .. we have a very much big ground for sports... And a separate area for volleyball...

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

The college is purely based on merit list except for the seat reserved for Sikh minority. However the crowd here is very mindful and cohesive.
