Remarks

In my opinion it is best college for learning different aspects with academics .one can be very good in academics and other things ... means that college provides such an environment . Very beautiful environment to study ...hostels are very neat and tie-dye .. importance is given to each and everyone..if a person fails the slow learners class will be there..and for toppers topper classes will be there... infact I have 2 National certificate in paper presentation .2 annual NSS camps...many other certification courses are available..after college hours with reasonable fee.. well my aggregate is 80% ..I heartily say that Alva's college is best for the person who make use of it...proud to be Alvasian

Faculty are the best part... because our marks depends on their teaching...every chapter is covered...notes will be provided...we can ask doubts whenever we want even in calls...they are too friendly ????????

Yea we did internships in every semester holidays ...off campus internships .. it gives us practical knowledge and we get internal marks for that..after submitting report and seminar.. In college there will be mini project were we have to go out of campus during college hrs and do report tat was coolest thing..to improve ourselves

Placement Experience

Some people join Alvas because of placements...yea the top companies will come for campus. I have selected in 3 companies....it is great opportunity for the ppl who think they will join to companies after their degree...and pay scale is really good compared to other colleges

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm hostlite ..so for being in hostel 28k rent for one year and 3k mess bill per month .. college fee including all the things 48k..if certificate courses seperate fee..well I got scholarship this year 11k from other source for my marks and 5.5k from college if the person scores 95% he gets adoption..if 95% one can study for free????????

Campus Life

Alvas is meant for sports and cultural ...I have seen world's best performances ..paraids.... everything which includes cultural I have participated too just google ..Alvas u can see the beauty of Alvas

Hostel Facilities

Yea for everyone hostels is provided and for lecturers also... Hostel is really good ..I love the view from my window????..all fine I dint fine any issues in hostel ..yea sometimes food will be boring...but not all the time...

Yea there will be personal interview ..that is the faculty will see our previous Mark's or achievements and say is what course we can join ..after that principle will personally speak to each and everyone separately and ask weather ur fine with course .and many things..that is cool thing..????????????

Perfect for Online Programs

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rat 8/10 as the course was pretty good, I learnt eaverything in my B.com, whether its abut marketing, finance, sales , accounts. So basically it included everything a student needs in their graduation. I suggest that there should have been regular classes with encourages student teacher interaction.

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all

Well it was the best days in life I had with friends

Remarks:

They need to improve little infrastructure .they are improving but still need to do. They also have to put some efforts to help students excel in their overall development and rest everything is fine here in canara, i loved studying in this college. Faculties are also good,friendly in nature.
