Course Curriculum Overview
There is ample focus on research and research methodology. Since it is a proper science program we are taught all the necessary tricks and are provided with ample guidance. The course curriculum is deep. Exams are always conducted on time and there is a lot of focus on learning and proper attention to the decorum of the students is given.
Placement Experience
There is an internship in the final year, for a period of one year. The internship is a great experience at providing some practical knowledge and exposure to real-life practices and such. It is mandatory for the course and is part of the assessment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Mine was a professional 4.5 year course. The fees for the first year is Rs. 21,915; The fees for the second year is 17,590; Fees for the third year is also 17,590 Rs. The fees for the fourth year is Rs. 26,860. For the internship, you have to pay 12,000 rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarships for the people with reservations such as SC/ST/OBC etc. People who require welfare with required documents are also provided scholarships as well. Free education is provided for the first ten rank holders from families of non-graduates (for BVSc &AH course only)
Campus Life
The crowd is generally very accepting. Sports events are also held frequently and students are allowed to participate in teams and go for competitions. Sports like Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, etc are played and students often go to state level and beyond. NSS and NCC are also quite active.
Admission
The admission is entirely online. If you're interested, you should fill in, upload documents/certificates necessary and submit applications online at the university Webpage. The, take the printout after submitting the online application and payment online. Add a photocopy of the appropriate certificates /documents for each course from the completed online application proces and mail it to the address on the website.
Faculty
Some faculty in the college are very, very excellent and you will be blessed to attend their classes . They have a lot of zeal for teaching and they are always willing to learn more as well. They are very enthusiastic about the student participation at large. Some professors are okay.
