I will say that there is all points positive about & college & its management. Everyone should study in a college like dayal bagh. You will never forget your exp.

Entrance Preview

Dayalbagh entrance exam, forms available online from March. Dayalbagh is a Deemed university. Very nice atmosphere & greenery all around. I secured 67% marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

All course in depth study. 4 Branch available Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical & civil Quiz, Classtest, Semester exams. Semester type. Curriculum is very wide in automobile basic knowlwdge of aircraft engg also given.

Internships Opportunities

Many prestigious companies are visiting Dayalbagh for intern ship & stipend is around 10000~20000 Rspm. Companies visiting 1 - Tata Companies visiting 2 - Kirlosker

Placement Experience

Very good placement & job opportunities, 100 % students passed from this college got jobs in various companies. Placement is also good & companies like Tata & Mahindra visiting college but this depends upon year to year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is very feasible. I passed in 1998, at that time fee was 1000 Rs per semester excluding other expenses. For SC/ST concession is there for students. There is no extra burdens.

Extracurricular activity - All is more then expectation levellab physice, electrical, smithi shop, auto mobile shop all basic equipment of garage is available. Sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc. ﾖ are very good in dayalbagh campus.

Hostel Facilities

I will give 8 out of 10 to Mess. Hostel is in very peaceful area & surrounded by greenery, peace of mind & full concentration on study. Food test is so so.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni network is available for this college that is based on facebook & whats app. But all alumni network is based on year of pass out.

Exam structure is very systematic: All subjects are total 100 marks & exams are divided into whole semester.1. Surprise quiz - 10 Marks - 2 nos in a semester 2. Quiz objective - 20 marks - 2 nos in a semester3. CT (Class Test) - 40 Marks

Faculty is very very intelligent, Honest & punctual. Most of them are passout from various prestigious organizations & dayalbagh also. They have written books on various subjects.

Our study is important but the most important thing is the placement, which makes your career better. Our college has campus placement and many companies visit and hire our students. In many branches, not all the students get the placement but the students who are toppers and who are good in their study get the placement. I also dream to get a placement so that I can get a job quickly after my diploma. For that, I am really working hard and improving my skills, knowledge, and my scores. Tata Motors, Layam Group, Myntra, Bajaj, and other companies come to our college for the placement. In the final year of our course, this opportunity comes to us and we are very much awaited for that.

Best engineering college for BTech and polytechnic. Architecture department are also in our college. Labs, laboratories, libraries. Buses with camera. Girl hostels.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester, our senior get a job in many respected companies. About 70 to 80% of students placed in every year. About 40 students placed in Mechanical in core companies in this. Covid time by virtual placement drive. And minimum package for diploma student is 2.5 LPA to 5lpa.

Minimum salary package for freshers of diploma engineering hired 3.5 lakhs per annum. I am planning to go for the government junior engineers exam after completing my diploma

BEST GOVT. POLYTECHNIC IN UP

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.

The college is in my hometown so close to family and friends. No moving out having the comfort of living with family. Apart from this good syllabus structure. I was getting to learn so much more here than in other colleges. The reason i came back from college in Shimla, it was purely due to homesickness.
