Very good college to learn but there won't be college time entertainment but good placement. A best place for Maritime studies with low fees.
Entrance Preview
I wrote all the competitive exams but used MAT score to join there. As they accepted MAT score I used it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Very excellent and good placements achieved. It's both of Maritime and general subjects, you I'll love Maritime subjects more. The curriculum is of intentional standard.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't get any stipend but good experience. The companies internship was mostly done by college. The burden of searching for internship is released. There were no stipend so don't expect any.
Placement Experience
More than 90% placement. It was the 1st batch and we attained maximum placement record but the max package was 3 to 4 lacs. The industry is like that initially u can't expect high pay.
College Events
We celebrated our corporate Cell launch day, freshers day, farewell. All events were organised and sponsored by students as its a government college. But the events were not so great as we didnt get sponsor.
Fee Structure And Facilities
4 lac for 2 yrs. It's reasonable compared to other B schools and one can easily avail Loan. Many banks I'll give u Loan as its Ugc approved. So don't worry about it. Just try to get seat.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan was easy as it is central government university. I too availed Loan and it is good college and so bank easily provides Loan.
Campus Life
Extra curricular are voluntary. People I'll not force for such activities. Students have to be innovative and inquisitive to involve in such activities.
Hostel Facilities
Not so good just ok. The rooms were not air conditioned and there won't be proper maintenance. Just ok kind of rooms and Food I'll be very bad.
Alumni/Alumna
We were the 1st batch so there were no seniors. So I can't give comments on the same but I used guidance of industry professionals before joining. You to do the same or can find out our alumina from Facebook.
Exam Structure
Semester pattern with 25% internal marks. For internal power point presentation has to be made. The internal marks are easy to get but getting overall marks of 75% is very tough.
Faculty
Very good trained and experienced. Most of the staff have completed Ph.D so they have depth knowledge in the subject also they bring professionals for short time classes.
